Creator and Seller Agreement
For coaches and authors who sell books, decks and programs to readers on WealthDaily. It sits alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Last updated: September 8, 2026
Quick Navigation
In plain terms
You sell your own work to readers through WealthDaily. Readers pay you directly through your Stripe account, WealthDaily keeps a platform fee from each sale, and you are responsible for your content, your customers, your refunds and your taxes. We provide the platform, the app, the store and the readers. The sections below say exactly how that works.
Who This Agreement Is Between
This Creator and Seller Agreement (the "Agreement") is between TL Leconte LLC, doing business as WealthDaily ("WealthDaily", "we", "us"), and you, the coach, author or creator who offers content for sale on the WealthDaily platform ("Creator", "you").
You accept this Agreement when you connect a Stripe account to WealthDaily, when you list content for sale, or when you otherwise tell us in writing that you accept it. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that company. You must be at least 18 years old.
Definitions
- Platform means the WealthDaily website, mobile applications, store, author tools and related services.
- Content means everything you publish through the Platform: books, decks, cards, programs, activities, prompts, images, audio, video, text and any other material, in any language.
- Reader means a person who buys, subscribes to or uses your Content through the Platform.
- Connected Account means the Stripe account you connect to WealthDaily through Stripe Connect.
- Platform Fee means the percentage of each sale that WealthDaily keeps, as set out in Section 5.
- Creator Sale means a sale of your Content that is charged on your Connected Account.
You Are the Seller
For every Creator Sale, you are the seller and merchant of record. The Reader buys your Content from you. WealthDaily operates the marketplace, the store and the app through which the sale happens, but WealthDaily is not the seller, is not a party to the sale, and does not take ownership of your Content.
- Your name appears as the seller on the product page and in the thank-you email the Reader receives from WealthDaily.
- The payment receipt comes from your Stripe account, in your name, according to your Stripe settings.
- You set the price of your Content. WealthDaily may set a minimum or maximum price and may round prices for display.
- Where WealthDaily itself sells your Content under a separate written arrangement, for example a product kept on WealthDaily's own Stripe account or a WealthDaily membership that includes your Content, WealthDaily is the seller for that sale and pays you the share agreed in writing.
Payments Through Stripe
All Creator Sales are processed by Stripe through your Connected Account. To sell on the Platform you must create or connect a Stripe account, complete Stripe's onboarding and identity checks, and keep your account in good standing. By connecting, you also agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and the Stripe Services Agreement.
- When a Reader pays, the charge is created on your Connected Account. WealthDaily automatically deducts its Platform Fee from that payment at the time of the charge.
- Stripe's processing fees for the charge are deducted from your proceeds, not from WealthDaily's fee.
- Stripe pays you directly, on the payout schedule set in your Stripe account. WealthDaily never holds your money and does not control the timing of your payouts.
- If your Connected Account cannot accept charges, because onboarding is incomplete or Stripe has restricted it, your Content is either unavailable for purchase or, at WealthDaily's option, sold by WealthDaily under Section 3 until your account is restored.
- You may disconnect your Stripe account at any time from your author dashboard. Disconnecting does not cancel this Agreement and does not affect sales already made.
What WealthDaily may do on your Connected Account
By connecting, you authorize WealthDaily, as the platform for your Connected Account, to:
- Create charges on your Connected Account for sales of your Content made through the Platform, using the price you set.
- Deduct the Platform Fee from each of those charges as an application fee.
- Issue full or partial refunds of those charges under Section 6, and return the corresponding Platform Fee to you.
- Read your Connected Account's status, capabilities, requirements and balance and payout information, so your dashboard can show them and the Platform knows whether you can accept charges.
- Receive notifications from Stripe about your Connected Account, such as completed payments, refunds, disputes and account changes.
- Ask Stripe to hold funds on your Connected Account during a fraud or dispute investigation, where Stripe's agreements allow it.
- Disconnect your Connected Account from the Platform when this Agreement ends.
WealthDaily will not move money out of your Connected Account for any other purpose, and cannot change your bank details, payout schedule or identity information.
The Platform Fee
WealthDaily's Platform Fee is 10% of the gross sale price of each Creator Sale, unless a different rate is agreed with you in writing and shown on your author dashboard. The Platform Fee pays for the Platform: the app, the store, hosting, delivery of your Content to Readers, payment integration and ongoing development.
- The fee is calculated on the price the Reader pays, before Stripe's processing fees.
- WealthDaily may change the Platform Fee with at least 30 days' written notice by email. The new rate applies to sales made after the notice period. If you do not accept the new rate, you may terminate under Section 13.
- Your author dashboard shows gross sales, the Platform Fee kept, and your net for every sale.
Refunds, Chargebacks and Disputes
Readers buy under WealthDaily's refund policy: a full refund may be requested within seven days of purchase where the Content has not been substantially accessed. You agree to honor that policy for your Content. WealthDaily may issue a refund on your behalf under that policy, or in response to a Reader's complaint, and will notify you when it does.
- Refunds come from your balance. A refunded sale is deducted from your Connected Account's Stripe balance.
- We return our fee on full refunds. When a sale is fully refunded, WealthDaily returns its Platform Fee for that sale to your Connected Account. On a partial refund, the Platform Fee is returned in proportion to the amount refunded.
- Stripe fees are usually not returned. Stripe's original processing fees may not be refunded by Stripe, and WealthDaily does not reimburse them.
- Chargebacks are yours. You are responsible for chargebacks, disputes and any related fees on Creator Sales. Where a dispute is lost, the disputed amount and Stripe's dispute fee are deducted from your balance.
- Stripe may debit you. If your Stripe balance does not cover a refund, chargeback or fee, Stripe may debit your Connected Account or the bank account linked to it, under the Stripe agreements you accepted.
- Access follows the money. When a sale is refunded or a chargeback is lost, WealthDaily removes the Reader's access to that Content.
Taxes and Your Payment Information
- You are responsible for all taxes on your income from Creator Sales, including income tax and, where it applies, sales tax, VAT, GST or similar taxes on your sales. WealthDaily does not collect or remit taxes on Creator Sales.
- You must provide accurate, current tax and payment information to Stripe and keep it up to date. Stripe, not WealthDaily, issues any tax forms for your Connected Account.
- You are responsible for keeping your Stripe account details accurate: bank account, business details and contact information.
- WealthDaily is responsible for taxes on its own Platform Fee.
Your Content and the License You Give Us
You keep ownership of your Content. You confirm that you own it, or have every permission and license needed to publish it through the Platform, including for any quotations, images, audio, translations and third-party material it contains, and that publishing it does not infringe anyone's rights.
So that we can deliver your Content to Readers, you give WealthDaily a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license, for as long as your Content is on the Platform and as set out in Section 13 for Readers who already bought it, to host, store, copy, format, display, perform and transmit your Content; to adapt it into the Platform's formats, such as daily activities, cards, check-ins and translations you approve; and to use your name, likeness, cover art and short excerpts to promote your Content and the Platform. You may ask us to stop promotional use at any time.
WealthDaily may remove or decline to publish Content that breaks this Agreement, the Terms of Service or the law, and will tell you when it does unless the law prevents it.
Content Standards
Your Content, product descriptions, author page and any marketing you do for your Content on or off the Platform must:
- Make no deceptive, unsubstantiated or misleading claims. In particular, no claims that your Content cures, treats or prevents any disease or medical condition; no promises of specific financial results, income or returns; and no guaranteed results of any kind.
- Present coaching, wellness, mindset and financial education as what it is: education and practice, not medical, legal, tax or investment advice, unless you are licensed to give that advice and say so.
- Use testimonials only if they are genuine, typical or clearly labeled as not typical, and given with permission.
- Contain nothing unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or dangerous to a Reader's health or safety.
- Comply with the laws that apply to you and to your Readers, including advertising, consumer protection and privacy laws.
- Respect WealthDaily's Terms of Service and community rules, which apply to Creators as well as Readers.
Customer Support
- You provide customer support for your Content: questions about what it teaches, how to use a program, and complaints about the Content itself. You will respond to Readers within two business days.
- WealthDaily provides support for the Platform: accounts, sign-in, payments, app problems and access to purchased Content.
- Each side will pass along questions that belong to the other, promptly and courteously.
- You will give WealthDaily a working support email address for your Content and tell us when it changes.
Suspension, Holds and Investigations
WealthDaily may, acting reasonably and with notice where practical:
- Suspend or hide your Content, your author page or your ability to sell while it investigates a complaint, a suspected breach of this Agreement, suspected fraud, a legal claim or an unusual pattern of refunds or disputes.
- Withhold or delay a Reader's access to Content that is the subject of a dispute or chargeback.
- Ask Stripe to hold funds on your Connected Account where Stripe's agreements allow it, during a fraud or dispute investigation.
- Share information about the matter with Stripe, payment networks or authorities where required.
We will lift a suspension as soon as the matter is resolved, and tell you the outcome.
Reader Information
For each Creator Sale you receive the Reader's name, email address and purchase details through Stripe and your author dashboard. You may use that information only to fulfil and support the sale, to meet your legal obligations, and to send marketing if, and only if, the Reader has separately agreed to receive it from you. You must protect it, honor deletion and access requests, and comply with privacy laws that apply to you. Readers' activity inside the app, their answers, photos and progress, is theirs and is not shared with you unless they choose to share it, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Term and Termination
This Agreement starts when you accept it and continues until ended by either party.
- By you. You may end this Agreement at any time with 30 days' written notice to hello@wealthdailyapp.com, or immediately if WealthDaily materially breaches it and does not fix the breach within 30 days of your notice.
- By WealthDaily. We may end this Agreement with 30 days' written notice, or immediately if you materially breach it, if your Content breaks Section 9, if Stripe closes or restricts your Connected Account, or if the law requires it.
- Your existing customers keep what they bought. Readers who purchased your Content before termination keep access to it for as long as WealthDaily operates the Platform, and the license in Section 8 continues for that purpose only. New sales stop on the termination date. If you want prior purchasers' access to end as well, you must refund them in full through Stripe.
- Memberships. Where your Content is included in a WealthDaily membership, it stays available to members through the end of their current paid period.
- What survives. Refunds, chargebacks and fees on sales made before termination, your responsibility for your Content and Reader information, Sections 6, 7, 12, 14 and 15, and any amounts owed, all survive termination.
Disclaimers, Liability and Indemnity
The Platform is provided as is. WealthDaily does not promise any level of sales, readers, revenue or uptime, and may change or discontinue features with notice. To the fullest extent the law allows, WealthDaily's total liability to you under this Agreement in any twelve-month period is limited to the Platform Fees WealthDaily kept from your Creator Sales in that period, and WealthDaily is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits.
You will defend and indemnify WealthDaily, its owners and staff against claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your Content, your claims about it, your breach of this Agreement, your taxes, or your dealings with Readers.
This Agreement allocates responsibility between you and WealthDaily. It does not limit any rights a Reader has under consumer-protection law, and it does not remove obligations that the law, Apple, Google or Stripe place on either of us.
General Terms
- Changes. We may update this Agreement. Material changes take effect 30 days after we email you and post the new version here; continuing to sell after that is acceptance. Fee changes follow Section 5.
- Independent parties. You and WealthDaily are independent businesses. Nothing here creates an employment, partnership, agency or joint venture.
- Assignment. You may not assign this Agreement without our written consent. We may assign it to a successor of the Platform with notice to you.
- Governing law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are resolved as set out in the Terms of Service.
- Entire agreement. This Agreement, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and any written fee arrangement with you are the whole agreement about selling on the Platform. If they conflict on a matter of selling, this Agreement wins.
- Notices. We will email you at the address on your WealthDaily account. You reach us at the address below.
