Terms of Use

WealthDaily is a platform consisting of a website and mobile application designed to help users build better financial habits through daily challenges, progress tracking, streak monitoring, and goal-setting tools. The Platform is available via web browser and on mobile devices running compatible operating systems.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the Platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes. For the mobile application, this license permits you to download, install, and use it on a single mobile device owned or controlled by you.

The website requires a modern web browser with an active internet connection. The mobile application requires a compatible mobile device and operating system. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure that your device meets the minimum requirements.

The Platform requires an active internet connection for core features, including account synchronization and data storage.

In addition to the license restrictions above, you agree not to use the Platform to:

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account at our sole discretion.

TL Leconte LLC is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the Platform, as specified in this Agreement or as required under applicable law.

You acknowledge that we may collect and use technical data and related information, including but not limited to technical information about your device, system, and application software, to facilitate updates, product support, and other services.

The Platform may allow you to create, submit, post, display, or store content and materials, including but not limited to activity logs, challenge entries, notes, success stories, and other content ("Contributions").

By submitting Contributions to the Platform, you grant us an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully-paid, worldwide right and license to:

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to our designated agent with the following information:

The Platform may provide the option to make voluntary donations to support the ongoing development and maintenance of WealthDaily. By making a donation, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

This section applies to purchases made through the WealthDaily platform. It is in addition to Section 12 (Donations), which governs donations. How your purchase is billed — and how refunds and cancellations work — depends on where you made the purchase: on our website, or inside the mobile application.

A. Purchases Made on Our Website

Purchases made on our website are processed by Stripe. Products sold by WealthDaily are billed by TL Leconte LLC. Products sold by a coach or author on WealthDaily are billed by that creator through their own Stripe account: the creator is the seller of record, the product page names them, and your payment receipt comes from them. The refund policy below applies to both. To request a refund on a creator's product, contact us as described below and we will handle it with the creator under our Creator and Seller Agreement.

One-time purchases.

If you purchase a book or other one-time digital product on our website, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase, provided you have not substantially accessed, downloaded, or consumed the content. To request a refund, email us at hello@wealthdailyapp.com with your account email and the purchase details.

Subscriptions.

You may cancel a subscription purchased on our website at any time from your billing settings. Your access continues through the end of the current paid period, after which it will not renew. Except where required by law, the current billing period is non-refundable and we do not provide partial-period refunds.

B. In-App Purchases (Apple App Store & Google Play)

Purchases made inside the iOS or Android mobile application — including one-time digital products and auto-renewing subscriptions — are billed by Apple or Google (not by TL Leconte LLC) through your Apple App Store or Google Play account, and are subject to Apple's or Google's payment terms in addition to this Agreement. We use RevenueCat, a third-party service, to validate purchases and manage your subscription status and access to paid content.

Auto-renewing subscriptions.

The price and length of each subscription are displayed in the app before you purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period at the then-current price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least twenty-four (24) hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within twenty-four (24) hours prior to the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Managing and cancelling in-app subscriptions.

You can manage or cancel an in-app subscription at any time in your device's subscription settings: on iOS, in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions; on Android, in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. After cancellation, your access continues through the end of the current paid period.

Refunds for in-app purchases.

Refunds for purchases billed by Apple or Google are handled by Apple or Google under their respective refund policies, and TL Leconte LLC cannot issue refunds for those purchases directly. To request a refund, contact Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com or Google via Google Play's refund process. The seven-day refund policy in Part A above applies only to purchases made on our website. C. General

Price changes.

If the price of a subscription increases, you will be notified in advance and, where required by Apple, Google, or applicable law, asked to consent before the new price applies. If you do not agree to a price increase, you may cancel before it takes effect.

Discretion and your rights.

Refunds outside the circumstances described above are granted at the sole discretion of TL Leconte LLC (or, for in-app purchases, at the discretion of Apple or Google). Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law, including any statutory withdrawal or cooling-off rights in your jurisdiction.

How refunds are issued.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TL Leconte LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of this Agreement and your use of the Platform.

TL Leconte LLC, not Apple or Google, is responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party may have relating to the Platform or your possession and/or use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

We may also terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

You and TL Leconte LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Platform shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring claims in small claims court if eligible.

The Platform may rely on third-party services, content, and software. You agree to comply with any applicable third-party terms when using the Platform.

Apple and Google have no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the mobile application.

The Platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by TL Leconte LLC and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

In the event of any third-party claim that the Platform infringes intellectual property rights, TL Leconte LLC will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim.

We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to:

We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under this Agreement where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
