WealthDaily is a platform consisting of a website and mobile application designed to help users build better financial habits through daily challenges, progress tracking, streak monitoring, and goal-setting tools. The Platform is available via web browser and on mobile devices running compatible operating systems.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the Platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

TL Leconte LLC is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the Platform, as specified in this Agreement or as required under applicable law.

You acknowledge that we may collect and use technical data and related information, including but not limited to technical information about your device, system, and application software, to facilitate updates, product support, and other services.

The Platform may allow you to create, submit, post, display, or store content and materials, including but not limited to activity logs, challenge entries, notes, success stories, and other content ("Contributions").

By submitting Contributions to the Platform, you grant us an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully-paid, worldwide right and license to:

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

We may also terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

You and TL Leconte LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Platform shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring claims in small claims court if eligible.

The Platform may rely on third-party services, content, and software. You agree to comply with any applicable third-party terms when using the Platform.

Apple and Google have no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the mobile application.

The Platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by TL Leconte LLC and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

In the event of any third-party claim that the Platform infringes intellectual property rights, TL Leconte LLC will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim.

We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to:

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under this Agreement where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
