By accessing or using our Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Services.

Personal Information You Provide

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you:

  • Register for an account (email address, name, password)
  • Subscribe to our premium services (payment information processed securely through Stripe)
  • Participate in challenges and track your financial habits

Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information

Push Notification Tokens

Device tokens used to deliver push notifications via Expo Push Notification service

Challenge and Activity Data

To provide our habit-tracking and challenge features, we collect information about your participation in financial challenges, activity logs, streak data, and progress metrics. This data is used to personalize your experience, track your progress, and provide insights into your financial habit-building journey.

    Business Transfers

    We do not sell your personal information. We have not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months and have no plans to do so.

    Third-Party Service Providers

    Processes donations and subscription payments. Stripe collects payment information (card number, billing address) directly — we never see or store your full card details.

    Expo Push Notifications

    Delivers push notifications to mobile devices. Expo processes device push tokens to route notifications. No personal content is shared with Expo beyond what is needed to deliver the notification.

    Do Not Sell / Do Not Share

    We do not sell your personal information.

    We do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising purposes.

    Data Retention

    We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our Services.

    If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal or legitimate business purposes. Some information may be retained in our backup systems for up to 90 days.

    We may retain anonymized or aggregated data that does not identify you for as long as necessary for analytics and service improvement purposes.

    We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information:

    Account Deletion

    You have the right to delete your account and associated personal data at any time.

    We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it.

    What Gets Deleted

    Your account information, profile data, challenge history, and personal content will be permanently deleted or anonymized.

    Some information may be retained in backups for up to 90 days, or as required by law for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, legal compliance). Anonymized or aggregated data that does not identify you may be retained indefinitely.

    If you are a California resident, you have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

    • Right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell
    • Right to request deletion of your personal information

    • Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we do not sell or share your data)

    Disclosure for the Prior 12 Months

    In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the categories of personal information described in Section 2. We have disclosed personal information to service providers (Stripe, PostHog, Expo) for business purposes as described in Section 7.

    We have not sold or shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the preceding 12 months.

    International Users & GDPR

    If you are accessing our Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where our servers and central database are located.

    Data Transfers

    When we transfer personal data outside your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or your explicit consent where applicable.

    Children's Privacy

    Our Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

    If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@wealthdailyapp.com so we can take appropriate action.

    Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications that are not operated by us. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services.     We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice in the App prior to the change becoming effective.

    The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when this Privacy Policy was last revised. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
