For example, a bookkeeper writes: I believe no one should feel stupid about their own money. That is why every client of mine gets a plain-English summary, not a spreadsheet they will never open.

Fill in this sentence, kindly: "Maybe you are not ___. Maybe you are simply ___." End with a truth, not an offer. For example, a decluttering consultant writes: Maybe you are not disorganised. Maybe you are simply the only person in the house who puts anything away. Finish with: Compassion, not a pitch.

Name one action that fits in ten minutes and creates relief, clarity, or proof. One action only. For example, a bookkeeper writes: Open your banking app and label last month’s five biggest payments. Ten minutes. You will learn more about your business than an hour of worrying will tell you. Rule: One step, not a ten-step tutorial.
